Audiovisual society (AVS)
The program is aimed at independent local audio-visual artists and students. Through a yearly low-cost membership formula, they can make use of a filming and editing equipment made available by the program, to create their own audio-visual material. The program also offers training on the use of the equipment and technical workshops on filmmaking.

Interested filmmakers can also benefit from co-production for their films through AVS after approval from a special committee that examines every project separately.
